After an initial assessment by our support team, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an appropriate engineer and a reply will be sent to you by email. | $259/month | This option includes the same support services as listed above, but provides more time. This is a good option for companies that do not plan to maintain their content on their own and expect changes on a monthly basis. The Intermediate support plan includes up to four hours of support per month. Each additional hour is $65/hour.
